Citizens Patrol

Citizen’s Patrol is a partnership between community volunteer, the RCMP and ICBC. The volunteers are trained to observe, record and report any suspicious activity. Provided with the “hot spots” in our community these dedicated volunteers become the extra eyes and ears needed to help deter such criminal activity as theft from vehicles, theft of vehicles, graffiti, vandalism and break and enters.

If you would like to volunteer please contact the Citizen’s Patrol Coordinator at 604-532-3212

Block Watch

There are many active communities who participate in Block Watch. This program assists in keeping smaller crimes and nuisance activities out of neighborhoods and provides a safer community for families. The Block Watch is as simple as a community coming together, posting Block Watch signs and reporting suspicious activity to the authorities. Say NO to Crime in Your Neighborhood and participate in the Block Watch program!
