Taste of BC Agriculture

Doors open at 4pm.

Join us for an exciting evening with a culturally diverse menu, prepared by Red Seal Chefs and Culinary arts students of BC Agriculture in the Classrooms’ Take a Bite of BC program.

Using fresh BC products, you will enjoy gourmet dishes like mushroom risotto, a fresh oyster bar and crème Brulé plus much more!

The evening also features a ”Spring Spin” prize wheel, a silent auction, networking opportunities, and lots of fun!

100% of the proceeds from ticket sales will help BCAITC reach over 550,000 BC students annually – inspiring them to actively engage with BC agriculture and food systems.
