GO TELL IT… IN THE VALLEY!

Join Universal Gospel Choir, one of Vancouver’s most enduring cultural treasures, for “GO TELL IT… IN THE VALLEY”, a high-calibre, high-energy choral concert celebrating the holiday season, featuring special guests the MEI Screaming Eagles Marching Band.

Led by Artistic Director, Lonnie Delisle and accompanied by a stellar 5-piece band, including grammy-nominated Jonny Tobin on piano, the 70 voice choir will raise the rafters at the Abbotsford Arts Centre.

Universal Gospel Choir’s annual Yuletide concerts have been a tradition for families throughout the Lower Mainland for over 40 years. This year’s concert features a joyful selection of seasonal favourites (Go Tell it on the Mountain, Joy to the World, Ave Maria), world music (Makobongwe u Jehova), gospel barn-burners (Rise Up), and inspirational pop anthems (Freedom, Raise You Up).
