Emma Ringrose, oboe & Mark Anderson, piano

Works for oboe and piano duo as well as solo piano will resound on the Rose Gellert stage. Acting Principal oboist of the Vancouver Opera Orchestra, Emma Ringrose, and UBC professor, Mark Anderson will include Shizen by Jean Coulthard in celebration of Canadian Music Week. Other works on the programme will include 3 Romances by Clara Schumann, The Rontgen 1st Ballade in d minor for solo piano and Rachmaninoff’s famous Vocalise.
