Old Clayburn – Abbotsford Neighbourhood Parks
Old Clayburn Neighbourhood is a huge part of Abbotsford history, there are still three buildings that were built in the 1900’s that still stand and are used to this day. So not only can you enjoy wonderful parks in this neighbourhood, but also take a trip into time and see some historic sights too.
Ascott Park

This little park has a play structure for your kids to enjoy as well as some green space.
Bateman Park
Located at 34638 Bateman Rd, Abbotsford, British Columbia.
Bateman Park is a beautiful park that sits right beside the Off Leash Dog Park, it has a huge soccer stadium home of the Abbotsford Mariners as well as other soccer teams and the Abbotsford Magnuson Ford Soccer Club. This park consists of 3 soccer fields. There are trails as well as beautiful Weeping Willow trees in a large green space.
Berks Park
Located at 2991 Berks Street, Abbotsford, British Columbia
This little park is highly wooded making it perfect for the super sunny days, it has a playground and a picnic table as well.
Cassiar Park
Located at 34953 Cassiar Avenue, Abbotsford, British Columbia
This park is a flat land of paved walk ways that connects to the amazing Discovery Trail.
Glenridge Park
Located at: 34950 McKee Road, Abbotsford, British Columbia.
Glenridge Park has a playground for the kids, lots of trees for shade, open green space, picnic tables and trails. it is truly a beautiful neighbourhood park to visit with your family.
Juniper Park – Old Clayburn Community
Located at 3456 Juniper Crescent, Abbotsford, British Columbia
Juniper Park is set in behind all the houses, so there are walk ways to access it, it has a playground and a large open green space.
Marble Hill Park – Old Clayburn Community
Located at 2768 Marble Hill Drive, Abbotsford, British Columbia
This park has a playground as well as benches in a nicely wooded little park.
McKee Creek Park – Old Clayburn Community
Located at 35250 McKee Road, Abbotsford, British Columbia
This is a beautiful park to walk through, it has stairs and boardwalks so not wheelchair friendly. There is dirt ramps for biking, and a nice little creek that runs through it. Popular for daily dog walks.
McKee Park – Old Clayburn Community

This is a little forest type park with trails to walk about. Beautiful place for pictures and to enjoy nature.
Palfy Park – Old Clayburn Community
Located at 34908 Laburnum Avenue, Abbotsford, British Columbia
This park is wooded with trails that connects to Stoney Creek Park as well as that trails that continue into other surrounding parks.
Saddle Park
Located at: 34360 Old Clayburn Road, Abbotsford, British Columbia
Saddle Park is a little hide away, it has a soccer field as well as a playground for the kids. All with a nice little parking lot for your convenience. The playground structure is fun and exciting for kids of all ages. Saddle Park also has a port-a-potty on site but be sure to bring hand sanitizer as we have experienced that it does not have any.
Stoney Creek Park
Located at 3769 Latimer Street, Abbotsford, British Columbia
Stoney Creek Park is an adorable little playground tucked away in a beautiful quiet neighborhood of East Abbotsford. Behind the play structure and swing set are trails that connect to other parks along the creek. There are lots of trees along these trails and a lot of really cool jumps for those avid cyclists.
