Fairfield – Abbotsford Neighbourhood Parks
The Fairfield neighbourhood is between Downes Road and Maclure Road and Clearbrook to McCallum and Highway #11. This is a great neighbourhood, living here you are always close to the Exhibition Park where they hold events as well as Holiday firework displays. You can enjoy all the greatest events without fighting for a parking spot.

Abbotsford Exhibition Park is a 75 acre park in the heart of Abbotsford, and has something for everyone. It is host to many events and has a fully lit rubberized 400 metre running track with 8 lanes, full grand stand for observers of events that contains 4,000 seats. It also has many sports fields, a BMX track and a Dog Park behind it.
Clearbrook Park – Fairfield Neighbourhood Park
Located at: 3680 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford, British Columbia
Clearbrook Park offers a huge green space, there is a baseball diamond, soccer field and picnic tables, as well as a gazebo sitting area. There are walking trails around the entire perimeter of the park. Clearbrook Park also has an off leash dog park that has two separate fenced in areas, one for big dogs and the other for small dogs.
Located on: Gladwin Road, directly across from Old Riverside Road, Abbotsford, British Columbia
A large open space between the Abbotsford Exhibition grounds and Gladwin Road, there are some benches along the trails, and there is a dog park here as well. Gladwin Park is part of the Discovery Trail and connects to the exterior trail that circles the entire Exhibition grounds.
Old Riverside Park
Located at 32877 Old Riverside Road, Abbotsford, British Columbia
This is a big park, lots of open green space and trails to explore. There is a parking lot at the corner of Gladwin Road and Old Riverside Road.
