McMillan Park

McMillan Park is behind the Abbotsford Recreation Centre and is one of the larger facilities available in the city. There are 2 baseball diamonds and a batting cage which are utilized by many of the local baseball teams. The diamonds are frequently used at this park so if organizing a game, always best to arrange a permit for the day!

There is also a soccer / rugby field at the park which provides so much open space. Several local minor sports teams play host to visitors here in league competitions. A Track and Field oval is also part of the mix and this facility has played host to events of the Summer Games in the past.

McMillan Park, a bonus feature!

In addition to the above, the park also has a Skate Park which is always being used. It is one of the better skate parks in the Fraser Valley with tons of kids frequenting it. For the parents, there is usually ample parking but it can be sometimes very busy if there are sporting events happening.
