Animal Control Abbotsford
Animal Control Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Kent, Harrison Hot Springs and Mission is taken care of by the Fraser Valley Regional District. The CARE Centre located at 44820 Wolfe Road in Chilliwack, British Columbia temporarily houses lost, stray and impounded dogs.
Animal Control Abbotsford is available six days a week, Monday through Saturday during the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm. If you need to report and animal control issue or lodge a complaint related to local bylaws, please call 1-844-495-CARE.
If you are reporting a dog attack in progress after regular business hours, please call the local police department. If you are experiencing a wildlife nuisance, please contact your local humane wildlife control services or visit Wild Safe BC.

The CARE Centre offers pet adoption services and stresses that pet ownership is a full time commitment. EACH and EVERY dog that is to be adopted goes through an evaluation process to find the best suited match for the dog and their potential new owner.

The CARE Centre is always gladly accepting donations so they can provide for the animals in their care. Food, Towels, Blankets, Kuranda beds, crates and toys in addition to cash donations can be dropped off at 44820 Wolfe Road in Chilliwack, British Columbia.
